There are two rooms at this inn that are believed to be especially haunted. A long time resident, Anita Conklin is said to visit Room 255, where she lived with her hsuband, manager of the Miami Seaquarium. She pass away in 1994, after her husband. When this room is vacant, the switchboard lights up with calls from this room. Witnesses say that near the kitchen something has tugged on their clothing, or they've felt an eerie presence surrounding them. Room 118 is the second room that is rumored to be haunted. A woman's apparition appears here but little is known about her. Her ghost has been photographed by the manager and the employees take care to show respect to the ghosts by knocking on the doors before entering.

  • My GF brought a bible inside room 255

Me & and my gf stayed in room 255 for a few hours.. We're both interested in the paranormal, but my gf is religious and decided to bring a Bible while we stayed in room 255.we brought cameras and equipment and got very minimal,if any evidence. However my gf got a headache as soon as we walked inside room 255, later she rests her head on my chest as we wait to start the investigation and she claims that her earring was pulled completely out of her ear. We heard noise coming from the bedroom and it was captured somewhat on camera.. while we were speaking to the spirit box it seems as if I'm the only that is getting very faint but distinct answers while she doesn't seem to get any and right after we finish she feels sick and we need to stop..I was inspired by the comment above me to record a YouTube video..this is our experience https://youtu.be/QPqNLcrX12c

  • Historic & Haunted? (video below)

Just stayed here inside Room 255 by myself, with the intention to document activity but mostly expecting nothing more to happen then a fun night in an old place, man was I wrong! Brought along a few pieces of gear and my camera to help document activity around the hotel and im glad I did, I got everything from bangs on the door, K2 spikes and motion censor lights going off on command, tons of strange activity! If youre in the area and want to stay somewhere old and haunted for the night this is a good spot. If youd like to watch a video of my stay heres a link! https://youtu.be/LOLt_lZEhKM
