Historic Haunted Mansion for Sale Just North of Orlando in Howey-In-The-Hills

Would you ever purchase a mansion that was believed to be haunted? If so, here's your chance! An abandoned residence in Howey-In-The-Hills, located just north of Orlando, is currently up for sale for $480,000.
It was listed a few weeks ago and features over 8,000 square feet of home, with eight bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and over three acres of land! The mansion had been foreclosed and has no electricity or air conditioning, a roof that is in shambles and according to stories, some ghosts, too!
The historic mansion is located on Citrus Ave. and has been listed on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places since 1983. The Orlando Sentinel stated that residents of the town have urged the city council to purchase the home, but have been unsuccessful due to the cost. According to Miami Curbed, the home needs about $1 million in renovation expenses.
