This location is home to Robert Eugene Otto and it is believed to be haunted by two ghosts. One is known to be a malevolent spirit of Eugene's doll Robert, who was put in the attic by his wife. An evil presence can be felt in the attic. Eugene's wife's spirit is also said to be trapped in the Turret room where Robert was kept. The home now operates as a bed and breakfast and Robert the Doll is on display in a museum in Key West.
