This building dates back to 1924 and was built by two brothers, Lucien and Clarence Oakley. The premises are said to be haunted by Lucien, whose ghost has appeared in mirrors and been blamed for moving things around. Footsteps have also been reported here from the empty catwalk.

About 15 years ago my husband and I had a plumbing business and we were hired to work on a previously abandoned addition for a dressing room. We had to shut the water off and had a hard time finding the correct meter. I had to walk from the front of the building all the way through the dark theater, to a side hall to go outside to turn meters off to find out which one worked for the new dressing room. On my fourth or fifth trip outside something touched my arm I stopped and heard either aloud or in my head, in a child’s voice,”Do not go back there!”- meaning the hall to the dressing rooms. I told whatever it was,” Don’t worry I won’t!” When it was time to get the check for payment, I met the director upstairs in her office, And she said we would like you two and would like to make you our regular plumber. We? She was the only one there.......

in my house seen a orb came threw the room real fast made the metal candle holder fly across the room and hit the wall
