Brian Foreman was a man who worked at this location as a forklift driver and it is rumored that his head was completely amputated by a forklift because of a trainee's mistake. The trainee continued to work there, but then suddenly disappeared. It has been said that you can see a headless man driving a forklift every year on March 4th. This location is no longer Scotty's Distribution Center.

Yes, most of that is true, but the trainee was stabbed by the same forklift in the abdomen which is why he disappeared on March 7, 1994. How do I know? It all happened when I was seven years old and both of the two guys were nice to me to get me out of my shell of a life. According to what I remember as a child, after those two incidents, every night when the place was not cleaned up and organized, they would come out. Two or three employees have seen their spirits when they did not leave in time after closing. Brian drove the forklift beheaded and the trainee gave instructions with a hole in his abdomen to him. People in the neighborhood behind the building EVERY March 4th for about a week, would hear them call out for someone at night.
