This theater is believed to be haunted by a projectionist from the 1940s. Employees have heard his footsteps and chains rattling in the halls and behind the stage. Some have even reported seeing him up in the prohecting room when it was supposedly empty. Weird "bad smells" and cold spots have also been reported here. One person also claimed they were grabbed by the neck by something unseen.
