My family moved into this building when I was 7, in December 1997. In my childhood there were a few things my family and I experienced. In the hallway of our apartment there were times that at night the darkness somehow got darker in human form. I started sleeping with the bedroom door shut. If we stayed up late playing on the computer, my siblings and I all had similar experiences of hearing 3 footsteps behind us, but no one being there. Once, my dad saw my mom go into the kitchen and a minute later he followed to ask her a question. She wasn't in the kitchen. She had left the apartment to talk to a neighbor. When I got to my senior year of high school, I was involved with a lot of extra curricular activities and often had anxiety that I burned off with late night runs. Some nights when returning to the building I could hear the piano being played in the dark chapel. I never had the guts to go in, but I did look in and just with the glowing EXIT sign I saw no one in there. There were also times that the doors separating the halls, stairwells, and inside to outside would slam shut behind me. While this could be explained by air pressures, if I'd hear the first one slam and then apologized out loud for coming back so late the other doors I had to pass through would close normally. Throughout my time in that building the east wing on the 3rd floor was always a good 10 degrees colder than the rest of the 2nd and 3rd floor halls. The only central air was on the 1st floor. The building is not owned by NTM or what they rebranded as 'Ethos360'. It was sold less than a decade ago, but I can't recall when exactly.

This place is actually extremely interesting. The lights are all still on and they still have working security cameras. We were able to get onto the roof by using the fire escape and there were many paintings, etc. The front of the building is extremely creepy but nothing terrifying.
