This new jail was built in the early 1990s in the same location that the old jail was built. Ted Bundy had been housed here for quite some time and according to the locals, the site was built on an air field. Medical staff and corrections officers have reported seeing a woman in period clothing wandering the halls late at night while crying. Shadows have also been seen along with the overwhelming feeling of someone or something unseen near you while you're alone.

Though some details above are true, some are not. The Old Jail site, 2825 Municipal Way, is definitely haunted . The new Jail wasn't built in the same place, the old Jail was gutted and made the Administration offices and occupied by employees in Nov 1996. Bundy was housed within the old Jail location. Yes, the area was a military area prior to either Jail being on location .
