Capitol Theatre / Royalty Theatre

This theatre opened its doors on March 21st, 1921. In February, 1981, the theater became known as the Royalty Theater when the company signed leases with the Taylor family. During the renovations, the murdered body of Bill Neville was found in the balcony. The theater reamined in the Taylor family estate until 1996 when it was sold. In July 2008, the building went into foreclosure and the City of Clearwater and Ruth Eckerd Hall joined forces to purchase the theater (renamed Capitol Theater) in January 2009, as well as the neighboring Pat Lokey building. The theater is believed to be haunted and paranormal events have occurred here, including orbs being captured on film, alarms that go off unexpectedly, the chandelier swinging for no reason and three ghosts that are known to reside here. They include an old man with a goatee, who is known as "The Captain." He is known to walk the halls wearing a blue coat and fisherman's hat. The second is a ghost named "Bill" who was supposedly killed by tourists in the balcony. The last ghost is that of a young girl around the age of 10 who playfully watches over the theatre.

My girlfriend and I went to see Molly hatchet last night in concert and we sat all the way in the top balcony mezzanine and there was a very strange odor of horrible bad breath that started on the left side of us and then it was in the right rear corner has the concert progressed

When I was invited to the Theatre for a Jazz Festival, I walked in & said: "JESUS IS IN THE HOUSE"...as I FELT His ENERGY throughout the building. The then Owner said: "How do you KNOW that?"...I replied: "I would know HIS energy anywhere!" The Owner then pulled out a cool photograph of a Spirit PHOTOGRAPHED in the interior of the Theatre while under renovations. The Owner then told me GOD told him to put "KING OF KINGS" on the marquise outside THE DAY BEFORE I arrived. We then FILMED a PILOT for a TV Show about DIVINE HEALING. The AUDIO was not audible as God did NOT want these Healing FILMED but the Director had a VISION while we were filming, he said: "Oh my God, we are going to LAUNCH you Career from THIS STAGE"...I said: "I know", as I am a Clear Channel/Empath/Prophet & Healer. THEN, he said: "Turn off the BLUE LIGHT on the panel, it's ruining my shot". The Owner & I looked at one another & smiled...I said: "It's the BLUE LIGHT SPECIAL, let's move on" as I KNEW there was NO blue light on the panel. He then said: "You guys don't see the blue light, coming down from the CROSS to the top of her HEAD?"...then he realized there WAS NO BLUE LIGHT on the panel. That was the night I was given DIVINE VOICE & now, it's time for me to return to FILM the DIVINE SPIRITS that NEED to speak ON CAMERA...SEEKING ANGEL INVESTOR and/or EXEC PRODUCER.
